Lidana Resort & Spa is also a real gastronomic paradise, where you will discover culinary delights prepared with passion and attention to detail.
The menus of the Lidana Pension have a predominantly traditional structure, the dishes being made from very good quality raw materials, produced "at home" or locally.
Traditional Bucovina dishes from local ingredients
The menu features products made in traditional style, according to recipes from the elders, with ingredients from the area:
- smoked products and jams
- "zacusca" and fruit syrups
- the famous "poale-n brau" pies
- homemade bread
Flavor from Bucovina
From the red beet borscht of Polish origin, zacusca with fish - Lipovean, the borsul of Slavic origin, to knedli - dumplings filled with plums, of German origin, the famous tocinai and smoked trout, tochitura and poale-n brau pies, which carry the fame Bucovina from seas and countries, they all give a special flavor to the cuisine of this area.
It is not surprising then that the future plans of the Lidana Pension include the construction of a large-capacity restaurant, which can host all kinds of events.
