Dear guests,
Reservation
Reservations will be held until 18:00 (local time) on the day of arrival and automatically released after this time, unless the reservation is guaranteed with an advance payment. In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the amount of the first night and release the room for the rest of the reserved period.
Canceling the reservation
Any cancellation of the room reservation will be sent in writing to the e-mail address: pensiunealidana@yahoo.com sau pe whats-app la nr: 0720500501 cu 48 ore înaintea sosiri.
Otherwise, the reservation advance is lost.
Prices
Pensiunea Lidana's rates differ depending on the type of room you choose, availability, period, day, time slot, as well as depending on the number of people in the room.
Check-in and check-out
The reception of the room (check-in) can be done starting at 15:00, presenting the identity document for registration in the hotel management system, in order to release the key related to the reserved room.
Room release (check-out) will be done before 11:00.
If on the first day of stay the room is requested before 2:00 p.m., the request will be honored subject to availability and an early check-in fee of 20 euros will be applied, VAT included (for the period 09 :00-14:00) and 100% of the value of the night's accommodation for a check-in earlier than 09:00.
If on the last day of the stay the room is vacated after 12:00, an additional fee of 20 euros will be applied, VAT included (for the interval 12:00 - 17:00) and 100% of the value of the night's accommodation for exceeding 17:00.
Guests who vacate their rooms by 12:00 can leave their luggage at the reception, in a space dedicated to this service, for a period of 24 hours at no additional cost.
Luggage left at reception for more than 24 hours will be charged a storage fee.
If guests' luggage remains in the room after check-out at 12:00, they will pay an additional room usage fee (same as late check-out).
These guest requests will be clarified and honored only to the extent that the hotel does not have firm confirmations for those accommodations.
A stay of less than 24 hours is charged at the price of a whole day;
Accommodation
The guests have taken note of the following rules and undertake to respect them:
- not to damage the arrangement or objects from the hotel's equipment, otherwise they owe the hotel an amount equal to the value of the purchase/arrangement of the damaged object and the related work;
- not to take goods from the Lidana Guesthouse when leaving;
- to keep quiet so as not to disturb other guests;
- not to use towels or linen for: dyeing hair, removing make-up, cleaning shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. Towels will be used for body use. If towels or bed linen damaged by the improper use of the tourist are identified, they will be imputed as damage and will be paid by the responsible tourist. Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the tourist's room reservation and evict him without refunding the value of the services paid.
- not to enter other rooms or spaces intended only for Hotel staff without the Hotel's permission;
- to notify people who come to visit who are not staying in Lidana Resort& Spa; their entry into the hotel will be made only after identification and registration at the Hotel reception;
- not to leave children unattended in any of the Hotel spaces; any accident caused as a result of the lack of supervision of children in the premises of Lidana Resort& Spa, is not our responsibility but the responsibility of the people who accompany the children and are responsible for their supervision;
- to announce as quickly as possible any malfunction of devices, installations or other technical non-conformities/furniture in the Hotel's equipment;
- any accident caused as a result of the improper use of the equipment or the use of the hotel facilities without observing the corresponding Security rules is not our responsibility.
- are prohibited: preparing food and eating it in the room.
Prohibited access with electrical consumers: microwave oven, hot plates, radiators, kettles, etc. in the Hotel.
- after use and before leaving the room, remove the chargers of electrical/electronic devices (laptop, mobile phone, camera, etc.) from the sockets.
- to announce as quickly as possible any malfunction of the devices or installations of the Hotel;
- guest access to the kitchen, the bar, as well as the use of the equipment (computer, sound equipment, etc.) of the Lidana Guesthouse without the consent of the Hotel Management is prohibited;
- it is absolutely forbidden to bring weapons, white weapons or tear gas into the Hotel. According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and punishable;
- do not throw objects into the toilet that could damage the waste collection station;
- nudism or any form of exhibitionism is not allowed inside the hotel;
-garbage and household waste will be stored in the trash cans located within the hotel radius;
- the accommodation of children between the ages of 0-3 will be free of charge, if they use the same bed as their parents;
- it is not allowed to bring into the hotel complex objects/goods that emit a persistent and disturbing smell;
- it is not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside the hotel into the hotel/restaurant;
- parents, guardians or companions are responsible for the actions of minors and undertake to take care of them, respectively that they behave civilly and do not disturb other guests of the hotel;
- please inform the reception or restaurant staff of any food allergy or intolerance;
– running or practicing any sport is not allowed in the lobby or in the hotel halls;
- to inform the Pensiunea Lidana reception about the services used and the products consumed from the minibar in order to be invoiced. For the minibar available in each room, the included products cannot be withdrawn.
Dispute si reclamații
Plata Integrală la Check-in: La momentul înregistrării (check-in), oaspetele are obligația de a achita integral contravaloarea serviciilor de cazare și a oricăror servicii suplimentare confirmate, pentru întreaga perioadă rezervată. Această cerință de plată integrală la sosire este o condiție esențială pentru validarea și începerea sejurului. Ne rezervăm dreptul de a refuza cazarea în cazul neîndeplinirii acestei obligații.
Perioada de Ședere și Plecarea Anticipată: Perioada de ședere confirmată prin rezervare reprezintă un angajament contractual ferm din partea ambelor părți. Orice solicitare de reducere a duratei sejurului după efectuarea check-in-ului trebuie comunicată recepției cu minim 24 de ore înainte de noua dată de plecare dorită.
În cazul plecării anticipate din inițiativa oaspetelui,indiferent de motivul invocat, hotelul nu este obligat să ramburseze contravaloarea nopților rămase neutilizate.

SIGNS
For additional requests during your stay, you can use the following signage:
- "DO NOT DISTURB!" - the room will not be entered, except with your permission, to check utilities and cleanliness, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., at the time set by you and communicated at the hotel reception;
- "PLEASE CLEAN UP THE ROOM!" - with this message you request cleaning in your room.
Additional guests
You can receive guests or guests in the room, they are obliged to register at the reception, by completing the accommodation sheet and pay the differences in the rate.
Dress Code
Lidana guesthouse does not practice a special dress code, but we recommend decency and respect both towards other guests and towards the staff.
Access to the swimming pool area is allowed only in a bathing suit, clean flip flops, towel, robe, helmet.
Methods of payment
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), cash payment (RON) or bank transfer are accepted for payment of Pensiunea Lidana services.
In the latter case, please present the OP approved by the bank at the accommodation. The invoice is issued upon its presentation.
Apart from already concluded contracts, we inform you that the payment of services is made in full at the time of accommodation (check-in).
Payment for Pensiunea Lidana services can be made by credit card, cash (RON) or by bank transfer.
In the case of bank transfer, payment must be made in advance based on the proforma invoice.
Smoking
Traditional smoking and electronic cigarettes, vapes are not allowed in the premises of Pensiunea Lidana Resort & Spa, according to the applicable legislation in force (Law 349/2002 amended and supplemented by Law 15/2016). Pensiunea Lidana has outdoor smoking areas. We inform you that in each room there are detection sensors that detect cigarette smoke and trigger the fire alarm.
Lidana only has non-smoking rooms. If the provisions of this regulation are not respected, a fee of 150 euros/night will be applied (the value in lei will be calculated at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment), representing the room cleaning services.
Pets
Accesul cu animale de companie se face cu rezervare anticipată.
The cost of a pet is 10 E / hotel day.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Breakfast is served at the Rustic Restaurant, located on the ground floor of Pensiunea Lidana Airport Hotel, in the interval:
- 08:00 and 11:00 (Monday to Sunday)
You can invite anyone to serve breakfast with you, but it is mandatory that each person invited pays for it, respects the rules of behavior and has a decent outfit.
For guests not staying in the hotel, breakfast costs 50 Lei/person.
Room Service
Room service is available upon request and for a fee, during the following hours:
- 11:00 – 21:00 (Monday to Sunday)
Parking space and cars
Lidana offers its guests 50 parking spaces, subject to availability. The parking lot is permanently monitored by video.
Although we take all precautions, we do not assume responsibility in case of theft or damage to the surface of our property. To avoid these inconveniences, do not leave valuables inside the cars.
Special assistance
Our desire is to provide the best conditions for people with disabilities.
Most of the spaces in the hotel are accessible.
If you need special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance, so that we can offer you the most pleasant stay.
Confidentiality of information
We will never use your name or other information about you without first obtaining your consent to do so. You will be able to tell us if you want to receive this information in the future.
Processing of personal data
Our company complies with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (GDPR) having established specific procedures. Information on the processing of personal data can be found here.
Environmental protection policy
Environmental protection is a permanent concern for us, that's why we promote a responsible attitude in this regard.
Detergents used for washing and sterilizing linens, towels, tablecloths and robes are biodegradable, and saving them implies a better preservation of the environment.
Linen and towels are changed after two days of accommodation or at the customer's request. To signal to us that you wish to change linen and towels, please leave them on the floor or in the bathtub.
Lidana has implemented a charging station for electric cars.
Disputes and complaints
We reserve the right to charge our guests' cards, regardless of their wishes, in at least the following cases:
- they left the hotel premises without paying for the Lidana Pension services they benefited from;
- they caused degradation or destruction;
- they left with objects that do not belong to them and the value of which they did not pay at the reception;
- they did not cancel the reservation by the set deadline.
Lidana undertakes to resolve any complaint received from guests in relation to the services provided at the location of the hotel structure in ahead of time from the moment of its formulation. Any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise as a result of the application of these terms and conditions, we will try to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the Suceava courts.
Selection of guests
The customer must comply with hotel customs. He will have to respect both the silence in the hotel, restaurant and Leisure Center, as well as the norms of social and moral coexistence.
Also, the guest of Pensiunea Lidana must take care of the property of the hotel left for his use during the stay. Any violation of hotel customs or moral and social norms entitles the hotelier to immediately terminate the contract/accommodation, without any notice.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, service in the restaurant and access to Pensiunea Lidana to intoxicated, rude or turbulent guests, who by their attitude damage the image of the hotel or disturb other guests. The counter value of the possible destruction or degradation of the material assets belonging to the Lidana Guesthouse will be borne by those guilty of their production.
We reserve the right to evict guests with inappropriate behavior from the hotel, restaurant.
Subject to the above, we reserve the right to select our guests.
We do not accept: uncivilized or aggressive behavior, obscene physical or verbal manifestations, inappropriate tone, insults, physical or sexual harassment or any physical or mental abuse of a person, the guests or any person in the hotel complex.
The hotel management may stop providing services to those guests who do not comply with the Hotel Regulations.
Alcoholic beverages
It is forbidden to bring and consume alcoholic beverages from outside the restaurant, without the prior consent of the management.
The restaurant reserves the right to stop serving people who are intoxicated or who have already consumed alcoholic beverages in larger quantities and become recalcitrant.

Fire protection
The safety of the guests comes first, that's why we have taken all safety and protection measures in the event of a fire.
The access doors to the rooms and the doors connecting to the escape routes have been fireproofed, ensuring a resistance to direct flame of 30 minutes. There are also smoke detectors in the rooms, the evacuation plan or hydrants and high-capacity fire extinguishers located in the hotel hallways.
The fire alarm system is automatic and connected directly to the hotel dispatcher and the security and intervention company. The attention to detail also extended to the escape routes within the hotel, these being marked with light elements, fed non-stop from its own energy sources.
When staying at the hotel, ask the reception for information on how to behave and notify in time in case of fire, as well as ensuring safe rescue on the escape routes.
After accommodation, study the evacuation plan in case of fire (it is displayed on the inside of the doors of the accommodation rooms) and the instructions established by the hotel management.
The escape routes from the accommodation room and the manual fire signaling buttons on the level are identified.
If the escape routes are blocked or combustible materials are improperly stored, the reception staff is informed.
The key is located in easily accessible places.
The method of opening the windows is checked.
Check how to turn off the ventilation and air conditioning system of the accommodation room (during a fire, the hotel room you are in can be flooded with smoke and toxic gases if the operation of the respective installations is not interrupted).
Do not resort to improvisations of the electrical installation to power the electrical receivers. If you notice deficiencies in this regard, immediately notify the hotel reception. Do not use non-approved personal electrical appliances. Do not try to fix malfunctions or errors of the hotel appliances yourself.
Do not introduce flammable, explosive or toxic substances into the hotel building.
No smoking in the room.
In case of fire, the following rules are taken into account:
– In the event of a fire in the hotel, leave the building immediately following the instructions of the displayed Evacuation Plan or of the service staff.
– If the fire is in the room, leave the room immediately, operate the signal button and notify the reception staff via the phone in the room or the phone in the hotel lobby with a direct call to the reception.
– Do not return to get your personal belongings.
– Only use the escape stairs for evacuation. Do not use the keys, they can get stuck.
– If the fire is not in your own accommodation room, you will proceed to leave the room, provided that this can be done safely. When leaving the accommodation room, the key/entry card should be taken in case the fire blocks the escape route and the user must return to the room.
- In order to check if the fire manifests itself in the corridor, the temperature of the door corresponding to it will be checked with the back of the palm. In the situation where the door is cold, from the position bent towards the floor with the shoulder resting on the door, it will be opened carefully. Covering the distance to the escape ladder, in the situation where the corridor is flooded with smoke, is done from a bent or crawling position, considering that the area towards the floor is less affected.
– If the corridor or stairs are impassable due to smoke, you must stay in the room, keep the door closed and seal the joints with electrical tape/scotch tape or wet towels or sheets.
– The emergency services are called at the single emergency number 112 to communicate the position in the building. This will also be signaled from the window of the accommodation room.
- In the event of fire evacuation of the accommodation spaces of tourist reception structures located in isolation, users will take warm clothes.
Earthquake protection
For protection during a strong earthquake, the following measures will be taken:
- keep calm, don't panic and calm down the other family members (children, husband, parents) or impatient guests;
– tendencies to leave the room will be prevented: you may be surprised by the strong phase of seismic movement in hallways, stairs, hallways, etc.
– if you are inside a room, hall or restaurant – stay there, away from breakable windows, it will stand towards the center of the room (building), next to a wall. The protection is done under a beam, solid door frame, desk, table or bench, in the room, hall or hall, strong enough to protect you from falling lamps, overlapping mobile objects, ornamental plasters, etc.
- for evacuation, after the end of the seismic movement, the instructions of the service personnel or the rescuers will be followed. Use verbal (eg shout) or visual (eg wave a white cloth at the window) markings to make your presence known for evacuation.
Final clauses
We consider that, when accessing any service offered by Pensiunea Lidana (accommodation, restaurant, leisure center, events), any guest has the real opportunity to inform himself, and consequently can be said to have become aware of the above terms and conditions mentioned and tacitly accepted them.
Changes to terms and conditions
The terms and conditions can be modified at any time by Pensiunea Lidana without prior notification.

Lidana undertakes to resolve any complaint received from guests in relation to the services provided at the location of the hotel structure in ahead of time from the moment of its formulation. Any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise as a result of the application of these terms and conditions, we will try to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the Suceava courts.
Selection of guests
The customer must comply with hotel customs. He will have to respect both the silence in the hotel, restaurant and Leisure Center, as well as the norms of social and moral coexistence.
Also, the guest of Pensiunea Lidana must take care of the property of the hotel left for his use during the stay. Any violation of hotel customs or moral and social norms entitles the hotelier to immediately terminate the contract/accommodation, without any notice.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, service in the restaurant and access to Pensiunea Lidana to intoxicated, rude or turbulent guests, who by their attitude damage the image of the hotel or disturb other guests. The counter value of the possible destruction or degradation of the material assets belonging to the Lidana Guesthouse will be borne by those guilty of their production.
We reserve the right to evict guests with inappropriate behavior from the hotel, restaurant.
Subject to the above, we reserve the right to select our guests.
We do not accept: uncivilized or aggressive behavior, obscene physical or verbal manifestations, inappropriate tone, insults, physical or sexual harassment or any physical or mental abuse of a person, the guests or any person in the hotel complex.
The hotel management may stop providing services to those guests who do not comply with the Hotel Regulations.
Alcoholic beverages
It is forbidden to bring and consume alcoholic beverages from outside the restaurant, without the prior consent of the management.
The restaurant reserves the right to stop serving people who are intoxicated or who have already consumed alcoholic beverages in larger quantities and become recalcitrant.

Fire protection
The safety of the guests comes first, that's why we have taken all safety and protection measures in the event of a fire.
The access doors to the rooms and the doors connecting to the escape routes have been fireproofed, ensuring a resistance to direct flame of 30 minutes. There are also smoke detectors in the rooms, the evacuation plan or hydrants and high-capacity fire extinguishers located in the hotel hallways.
The fire alarm system is automatic and connected directly to the hotel dispatcher and the security and intervention company. The attention to detail also extended to the escape routes within the hotel, these being marked with light elements, fed non-stop from its own energy sources.
When staying at the hotel, ask the reception for information on how to behave and notify in time in case of fire, as well as ensuring safe rescue on the escape routes.
After accommodation, study the evacuation plan in case of fire (it is displayed on the inside of the doors of the accommodation rooms) and the instructions established by the hotel management.
The escape routes from the accommodation room and the manual fire signaling buttons on the level are identified.
If the escape routes are blocked or combustible materials are improperly stored, the reception staff is informed.
The key is located in easily accessible places.
The method of opening the windows is checked.
Check how to turn off the ventilation and air conditioning system of the accommodation room (during a fire, the hotel room you are in can be flooded with smoke and toxic gases if the operation of the respective installations is not interrupted).
Do not resort to improvisations of the electrical installation to power the electrical receivers. If you notice deficiencies in this regard, immediately notify the hotel reception. Do not use non-approved personal electrical appliances. Do not try to fix malfunctions or errors of the hotel appliances yourself.
Do not introduce flammable, explosive or toxic substances into the hotel building.
No smoking in the room.
In case of fire, the following rules are taken into account:
– In the event of a fire in the hotel, leave the building immediately following the instructions of the displayed Evacuation Plan or of the service staff.
– If the fire is in the room, leave the room immediately, operate the signal button and notify the reception staff via the phone in the room or the phone in the hotel lobby with a direct call to the reception.
– Do not return to get your personal belongings.
– Only use the escape stairs for evacuation. Do not use the keys, they can get stuck.
– If the fire is not in your own accommodation room, you will proceed to leave the room, provided that this can be done safely. When leaving the accommodation room, the key/entry card should be taken in case the fire blocks the escape route and the user must return to the room.
- In order to check if the fire manifests itself in the corridor, the temperature of the door corresponding to it will be checked with the back of the palm. In the situation where the door is cold, from the position bent towards the floor with the shoulder resting on the door, it will be opened carefully. Covering the distance to the escape ladder, in the situation where the corridor is flooded with smoke, is done from a bent or crawling position, considering that the area towards the floor is less affected.
– If the corridor or stairs are impassable due to smoke, you must stay in the room, keep the door closed and seal the joints with electrical tape/scotch tape or wet towels or sheets.
– The emergency services are called at the single emergency number 112 to communicate the position in the building. This will also be signaled from the window of the accommodation room.
- In the event of fire evacuation of the accommodation spaces of tourist reception structures located in isolation, users will take warm clothes.
Earthquake protection
For protection during a strong earthquake, the following measures will be taken:
- keep calm, don't panic and calm down the other family members (children, husband, parents) or impatient guests;
– tendencies to leave the room will be prevented: you may be surprised by the strong phase of seismic movement in hallways, stairs, hallways, etc.
– if you are inside a room, hall or restaurant – stay there, away from breakable windows, it will stand towards the center of the room (building), next to a wall. The protection is done under a beam, solid door frame, desk, table or bench, in the room, hall or hall, strong enough to protect you from falling lamps, overlapping mobile objects, ornamental plasters, etc.
- for evacuation, after the end of the seismic movement, the instructions of the service personnel or the rescuers will be followed. Use verbal (eg shout) or visual (eg wave a white cloth at the window) markings to make your presence known for evacuation.
Final clauses
We consider that, when accessing any service offered by Pensiunea Lidana (accommodation, restaurant, leisure center, events), any guest has the real opportunity to inform himself, and consequently can be said to have become aware of the above terms and conditions mentioned and tacitly accepted them.
Changes to terms and conditions
The terms and conditions can be modified at any time by Pensiunea Lidana without prior notification.

Reservation
Reservations will be held until 18:00 (local time) on the day of arrival and automatically released after this time, unless the reservation is guaranteed with an advance payment. In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the amount of the first night and release the room for the rest of the reserved period.
Canceling the reservation
Any cancellation of the room reservation will be sent in writing to the e-mail address: pensiunealidana@yahoo.com sau pe whats-app la nr: 0720500501 cu 48 ore înaintea sosiri.
Otherwise, the reservation advance is lost.
Prices
Pensiunea Lidana's rates differ depending on the type of room you choose, availability, period, day, time slot, as well as depending on the number of people in the room.
Check-in and check-out
The reception of the room (check-in) can be done starting at 15:00, presenting the identity document for registration in the hotel management system, in order to release the key related to the reserved room.
Room release (check-out) will be done before 11:00.
If on the first day of stay the room is requested before 2:00 p.m., the request will be honored subject to availability and an early check-in fee of 20 euros will be applied, VAT included (for the period 09 :00-14:00) and 100% of the value of the night's accommodation for a check-in earlier than 09:00.
If on the last day of the stay the room is vacated after 12:00, an additional fee of 20 euros will be applied, VAT included (for the interval 12:00 - 17:00) and 100% of the value of the night's accommodation for exceeding 17:00.
Guests who vacate their rooms by 12:00 can leave their luggage at the reception, in a space dedicated to this service, for a period of 24 hours at no additional cost.
Luggage left at reception for more than 24 hours will be charged a storage fee.
If guests' luggage remains in the room after check-out at 12:00, they will pay an additional room usage fee (same as late check-out).
These guest requests will be clarified and honored only to the extent that the hotel does not have firm confirmations for those accommodations.
A stay of less than 24 hours is charged at the price of a whole day;
Accommodation
The guests have taken note of the following rules and undertake to respect them:
- not to damage the arrangement or objects from the hotel's equipment, otherwise they owe the hotel an amount equal to the value of the purchase/arrangement of the damaged object and the related work;
- not to take goods from the Lidana Guesthouse when leaving;
- to keep quiet so as not to disturb other guests;
- not to use towels or linen for: dyeing hair, removing make-up, cleaning shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. Towels will be used for body use. If towels or bed linen damaged by the improper use of the tourist are identified, they will be imputed as damage and will be paid by the responsible tourist. Otherwise, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the tourist's room reservation and evict him without refunding the value of the services paid.
- not to enter other rooms or spaces intended only for Hotel staff without the Hotel's permission;
- to notify people who come to visit who are not staying in Lidana Resort& Spa; their entry into the hotel will be made only after identification and registration at the Hotel reception;
- not to leave children unattended in any of the Hotel spaces; any accident caused as a result of the lack of supervision of children in the premises of Lidana Resort& Spa, is not our responsibility but the responsibility of the people who accompany the children and are responsible for their supervision;
- to announce as quickly as possible any malfunction of devices, installations or other technical non-conformities/furniture in the Hotel's equipment;
- any accident caused as a result of the improper use of the equipment or the use of the hotel facilities without observing the corresponding Security rules is not our responsibility.
- are prohibited: preparing food and eating it in the room.
Prohibited access with electrical consumers: microwave oven, hot plates, radiators, kettles, etc. in the Hotel.
- after use and before leaving the room, remove the chargers of electrical/electronic devices (laptop, mobile phone, camera, etc.) from the sockets.
- to announce as quickly as possible any malfunction of the devices or installations of the Hotel;
- guest access to the kitchen, the bar, as well as the use of the equipment (computer, sound equipment, etc.) of the Lidana Guesthouse without the consent of the Hotel Management is prohibited;
- it is absolutely forbidden to bring weapons, white weapons or tear gas into the Hotel. According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited and punishable;
- do not throw objects into the toilet that could damage the waste collection station;
- nudism or any form of exhibitionism is not allowed inside the hotel;
-garbage and household waste will be stored in the trash cans located within the hotel radius;
- the accommodation of children between the ages of 0-3 will be free of charge, if they use the same bed as their parents;
- it is not allowed to bring into the hotel complex objects/goods that emit a persistent and disturbing smell;
- it is not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside the hotel into the hotel/restaurant;
- parents, guardians or companions are responsible for the actions of minors and undertake to take care of them, respectively that they behave civilly and do not disturb other guests of the hotel;
- please inform the reception or restaurant staff of any food allergy or intolerance;
– running or practicing any sport is not allowed in the lobby or in the hotel halls;
- to inform the Pensiunea Lidana reception about the services used and the products consumed from the minibar in order to be invoiced. For the minibar available in each room, the included products cannot be withdrawn.
SIGNS
For additional requests during your stay, you can use the following signage:
- "DO NOT DISTURB!" - the room will not be entered, except with your permission, to check utilities and cleanliness, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., at the time set by you and communicated at the hotel reception;
- "PLEASE CLEAN UP THE ROOM!" - with this message you request cleaning in your room.
Additional guests
You can receive guests or guests in the room, they are obliged to register at the reception, by completing the accommodation sheet and pay the differences in the rate.
Dress Code
Lidana guesthouse does not practice a special dress code, but we recommend decency and respect both towards other guests and towards the staff.
Access to the swimming pool area is allowed only in a bathing suit, clean flip flops, towel, robe, helmet.
Methods of payment
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), cash payment (RON) or bank transfer are accepted for payment of Pensiunea Lidana services.
In the latter case, please present the OP approved by the bank at the accommodation. The invoice is issued upon its presentation.
Apart from already concluded contracts, we inform you that the payment of services is made in full at the time of accommodation (check-in).
Payment for Pensiunea Lidana services can be made by credit card, cash (RON) or by bank transfer.
In the case of bank transfer, payment must be made in advance based on the proforma invoice.
Smoking
Traditional smoking and electronic cigarettes, vapes are not allowed in the premises of Pensiunea Lidana Resort & Spa, according to the applicable legislation in force (Law 349/2002 amended and supplemented by Law 15/2016). Pensiunea Lidana has outdoor smoking areas. We inform you that in each room there are detection sensors that detect cigarette smoke and trigger the fire alarm.
Lidana only has non-smoking rooms. If the provisions of this regulation are not respected, a fee of 150 euros/night will be applied (the value in lei will be calculated at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment), representing the room cleaning services.
Pets
Accesul cu animale de companie se face cu rezervare anticipată.
The cost of a pet is 10 E / hotel day.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Breakfast is served at the Rustic Restaurant, located on the ground floor of Pensiunea Lidana Airport Hotel, in the interval:
- 08:00 and 11:00 (Monday to Sunday)
You can invite anyone to serve breakfast with you, but it is mandatory that each person invited pays for it, respects the rules of behavior and has a decent outfit.
For guests not staying in the hotel, breakfast costs 50 Lei/person.
Room Service
Room service is available upon request and for a fee, during the following hours:
- 11:00 – 21:00 (Monday to Sunday)
Parking space and cars
Lidana offers its guests 50 parking spaces, subject to availability. The parking lot is permanently monitored by video.
Although we take all precautions, we do not assume responsibility in case of theft or damage to the surface of our property. To avoid these inconveniences, do not leave valuables inside the cars.
Special assistance
Our desire is to provide the best conditions for people with disabilities.
Most of the spaces in the hotel are accessible.

Confidentiality of information

Environmental protection policy
Environmental protection is a permanent concern for us, that's why we promote a responsible attitude in this regard.
Detergents used for washing and sterilizing linens, towels, tablecloths and robes are biodegradable, and saving them implies a better preservation of the environment.
Linen and towels are changed after two days of accommodation or at the customer's request. To signal to us that you wish to change linen and towels, please leave them on the floor or in the bathtub.
Lidana has implemented a charging station for electric cars.
Disputes and complaints
We reserve the right to charge our guests' cards, regardless of their wishes, in at least the following cases:
- they left the hotel premises without paying for the Lidana Pension services they benefited from;
- they caused degradation or destruction;
- they left with objects that do not belong to them and the value of which they did not pay at the reception;
- they did not cancel the reservation by the set deadline.
