What you can do on this website

This is a brochure website. Here you will find information about the accommodation, the restaurant, the spa centre and the leisure area, about the rates and about the surrounding area.

On this website nothing is sold online: there is no shopping basket, no card payment and no money is taken through the site. Nor is there any online booking: you cannot hold a room by pressing a button. Bookings are made by telephone, on the numbers in the page footer, or starting from the enquiry form on the contact page.

The form sends an enquiry, not a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you, with the dates, the type of room and the rate. The rules that apply to your stay are in the House rules, and the accepted payment methods in Payment methods.

The information published here

We do our best to make everything we write here accurate and up to date. The rates published are indicative and may change according to the period, availability and the number of guests; the firm rate is the one given to you when the booking is confirmed.

The photographs show real spaces on the estate, but may have been taken with lenses that alter the perspective; the furniture and the decoration may differ from one room to another.

We may change, update or correct the content of the site at any time, without prior notice. If you spot something wrong, please tell us.

The texts, photographs, graphics, logo, structure and design of this website are protected by copyright and related rights law and belong to CORSEM IMPEX SRL or are used with the agreement of the rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, alter or make commercial use of these materials without our prior written agreement. You may, of course, browse the site, save or print pages for personal, non-commercial use, and link to the public pages, as long as you do not suggest an association or an endorsement that we have not given.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms, and any legal relationship arising from the use of the site, are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall to the competent Romanian courts at the place of business, subject to the mandatory rules on jurisdiction in consumer disputes.

Before going to court, do try contacting us: most situations are settled directly.

• These procedures are optional and do not restrict your right to go to court.
